Creative Lighting
Once you finish shooting your mask with the 6 traditional portrait lighting styles, now it's time to get creative, pull out your string/fairy lights and use them to light your mask, use your whisk, cheese grater or blinds to make interesting shadows, use colored paper over your light to make a gel, or try something new we didn't go over. You will need to try at least 3 different creative techniques and photograph at least 6 different photographs.
Make sure you pay attention to your exposure and composition during both assignments!
In Teams, make sure you upload the 6 lighting styles it the light assignment and your 6 (not more than 10) creative ones into the creative assignment.
You may use any style of mask! Halloween full head masks, Venetian masks, photo booth masks on sticks, or even masks you have made yourself!
Masks can be found at most stores right now including the dollar store! Make sure you have your mask by Wednesday for class!
